Proficiency Testing Provider Accreditation

This accreditation covers the specific proficiency testing samples listed on the agreed upon Scope of Accreditation. This provider meets the ILAC G-13:2007 Guidelines for the Requirements for the Competence of Providers of Proficiency Testing, ISO Guide 43-1:1997, the EPA National Standards for Water Proficiency Testing Studies Criteria Document, as well as the relevant elements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005, ISO Guide 34 and the 2003 NELAC Chapters 2 and 5.

This accreditation covers the specific materials listed on the agreed upon scope of accreditation. This producer meets the requirements of ISO Guide 34:2000 General Requirements for the Competence of Reference Material Producers, in combination with the relevant requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

A2LA 17025 Accreditation

ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories

This laboratory is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer to joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communiqué dated January 2009).
